Kim's approach to coaching, grounded in adult development theory, accelerates positive change focused on growing a leader’s capacity for managing complexity, stretching into greater responsibility, and building competence and comfort with issues of culture. She engages clients from a place of compassion and candor, listening to and observing what is shared by the client and reflecting back on what is noticed about a leader’s presence, communications and engagement style, and patterns of behavior to deepen awareness and spark new actions.
Kim spent twenty-five years in the healthcare sector designing and leading national, impactful workforce diversity and inclusion strategies and, for the past eight years, has led a consulting practice focused on transformational leadership and culture change.
As a New York transplant living in Washington, DC, Kim continues to support her love of arts and is an avid theater, dance, and music enthusiast. Her most treasured time is spent relaxing with her husband, daughter, and two cats, Brook & Lyn.
