In partnership with Insights & Advantaged, we are thrilled to launch The Collective, a new group coaching program for executives.
Background
Last year, we set out to identify the expectations and needs leaders have from executive coaching. Through extensive research and consultation we found that in addition to existing models of individual coaching, executives want to deepen their understanding of how they lead, why they lead the way they do, and make breakthroughs against their goals alongside other leaders. These needs are even more pressing in a constantly changing world.
The Program
In answer to these needs we have developed the Collective, a group coaching program giving small groups of leaders a space to deepen their self-awareness, share and receive insights, and turn breakthroughs into action. A core principle of the Collective is collaborative learning, guided by experienced coaches. The Collective website provides more details about the program and answers many of the questions you may have.
