Lucy Sheikh

Lucy works with senior executives individually, and in team settings to refine their leadership effectiveness. She utilizes her psychological training, and broad experience to hold the mirror up and help individuals understand their impact on their team and the wider organization, and identify where their style needs to evolve or be amplified.

She started her career at Barclays Bank in a number of Marketing and HR roles, invaluable experience for understanding how a multinational organization functions and what it really takes to successfully lead businesses and teams in this environment. The majority of her career was spent at YSC, a boutique global consultancy specializing in leadership development, individual assessment and executive coaching. As a Director of the business, she assessed and coached hundreds of leaders across a full spectrum of industries, organisations and countries, building up a deep benchmark of leadership excellence. Her approach utilizes her psychological training, but is very practically based, human and authentic in style. Clients comment on her ability to understand their motivations and deliver challenging feedback in a way that is palatable, supportive and drives change.

She lives in Henley, with her two daughters and is most likely to be found trialing a new recipe or messing about on the river.
