Kathleen is a business psychologist as well as a financial psychologist, specialized in strategic talent development and succession planning, executive coaching for peak performance, and senior team effectiveness. Her uncommon combination of expertise enables her to consult on a wide spectrum of challenges to accelerate change and to ensure people thrive in their roles. Kathleen partners with clients to develop incisive insights on core issues, collaborating on solutions with an engaging, relatable style and sense of humor. Other areas of specialization include the science behind change and decision making; the development of executive women and high potentials across the career lifespan; evidence-based wellness in the workplace; entrepreneurial ventures and wealth psychology.
With over twenty five years of global experience, Kathleen is able to adapt her approach with individual and team leaders from executive leadership roles through emerging high potentials. Her diverse experience spans industries such as consumer products, energy, entertainment, family business enterprise, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, nonprofits, pharmaceuticals, private equity, public relations, utilities and start up ventures. Kathleen began her career in recruiting and training at Goldman Sachs in New York. Also, she has led consulting engagements at two global consulting firms, YSC Ltd. and RHR International. Aside from consulting, she has taught graduate level classes in Organizational Development, Organizational Assessment, and Behavioral Finance, as well authored several articles.
Kathleen lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband, daughter, son, and large animal family. She greatly enjoys adventure travel, and is passionate about the outdoors, fitness, and yoga. Her favorite day is hiking with her family and dogs in Valley Forge park.
